*Sadness leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate...leads to suffering.

*Anger does more damage to the vessel that holds it rather than the person on whom it is poured.

*To be brave is to love someone unconditionally, without expecting anything in return.
To just give.
That takes courage, because we don't want to fall on our faces or leave ourselves open to hurt.

*Lord,
grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
